Steve Foudray
Chief Electronics & Sound Engineer
We would like you to take a moment and meet our cheif electronics & sound engineer Steve Foudray. Steve soldered his first wire at age 8. By the time he was in 5th grade, he had built his own AM radio station. Currently, Steve holds an Associates of Arts in Electronic Technology and is certified in Advanced Design by NSCA (National Systems Contractors Association) for measuring sound response in buildings. Steve has designed and installed sound systems for over 50 venues, has played bass guitar professionally and has 20 years experience in mixing sound. He's also our Tube Amp Specialist. Steve can dial your tube amp in just the right way to make it sing!
Mike Moore
Control System Programmer / Installation / Repair
Mike Moore built his first down firing sub woofer in high school and has been building and repairing electronics ever since. Mike is an experienced sound engineer with over 15 years experience in running live sound and building professional sound systems.
An invaluable member of our staff, Mike works in our electronics repair, installation and sound system design departments and handles our speaker reconing.
Mike is also a our installation control systems programmer with certifications from Crestron and AMX.
Guitars, violins, banjos... anything with strings can be fixed, repaired, set up, and brought back to life by our string repairmen. Our band instrument repairmen will get your brass or woodwind back in to top playing shape. Some of our services include:
Scott Pack
Luthier - Rapid City West
Affectionatly know as "Pac-Man", Scott is able to repair anything with strings on it! An incredible guitar player, playing over 20 years professionally, Scott knows exactly how to make a stringed instrument sing. Scott’s attended workshops on bow repair at the University of New Hampshire under the direction of Lynn Hannings, and has repaired for Haggerty's Musicworks since 1994.

Working at Haggerty's since 1980, Dick Dittman is our senior band instrument technician. Dick is an accomplished brass player, holds a BS in music performance and plays regularly in the Black Hills area.

Rick Ogden has repaired band instruments at Haggerty’s for the past 6 years after being trained in repair by the "legendary" Jimmy Caton. No matter what type of service is needed on your instrument, you can count on our repair center to get you playing again in no time!
