This custom shop Suhr Modern just arrived! Decked out in a gorgeous Root Beer stain over a quilted maple top. The body and neck are mahogany, fingerboard is pau ferro. The neck shape is the Modern Elliptical .780-.830.
This guitar is a serious PLAYER with some serious TONE! Tons of midrange punch due to the mahogany body and neck. The electronics are unique as well. The middle position on the 5-way features both humbuckers split (killer clean tones), a push-pull pot on the tone control will split the Neck humbucker into single coil mode, and a blower switch routs the bridge humbucker straight to the output jack, bypassing all other controls for maximum output and brightness.
