I am excited to offer Piano and Voice lessons at Haggerty's MusicWorks in Rapid City, SD.

My interest in music started at a very young age when I started playing piano, singing and song-writing. Over the years I have developed a very profound method of teaching that incorporates ear training along with music theory (sight reading) on the piano or keyboard. It has proven to be an exceptional way to learn at an accelerated level.

I have been teaching for 30+ years and along with my passion for teaching piano, I also teach vocal lessons, song writing and composition.

Some of my experiences in teaching include judging vocals in talent competitions nation wide, working with Rock School, Weekend Warrriers, KinderMusic, local and nation wide artists that are now signed in Nashville.  I am thrilled to be relocated back in the beautiful Black Hills where I grew up, to share my knowledge of music.

I teach all ages and it is never to late to fulfill your dreams.

Only YOU hold the key to your song!

—The piano offers wide-ranging possibilities when it comes to rhythm, harmonic accompaniment, and melody. The instrument is complete in itself and yet, it can combine with almost any other instrument.

Its contributions to the cognitive development of the student, such as attention, perception, memory, etc.; are invaluable.

If playing the piano is what your heart desires, aside from the daunting number of keys, and the time and dedication it takes to learn, enjoyment and satisfaction are guaranteed!
