This is one of Cao's "Master" violins -- made from the finest wood aged for 100 years.
Scott Cao is known the world over for his meticulous accuracy in capturing the original essence of famous stringed instruments of the 18th Century Golden Age. This is especially true for this 2019 Guarneri copy, on which Cao has managed to mirror the eccentric quirks that del Gesu is famous for.
